SHIPPING RATES
175TV offers worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the region and are charged at a flat rate.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders require around 2–5 business days to be processed before shipping.
- For made-to-order items, please allow around 5–15 business days for production before shipping.
- Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PROCESSING)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING (UPS/FEDEX): 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS
- EXPRESS SHIPPING (UPS/FEDEX): 3–6 BUSINESS DAYS
- STANDARD SHIPPING (DPD/ROYAL MAIL/USPS): DELIVERY TIME VARIES (NO GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME)
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS & TRACKING UPDATES
- Order confirmations and tracking details are sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout.
- Please double-check your email for typos before placing your order.
- If you use Apple Pay, your iCloud email may be used by default to receive your confirmation and tracking updates.
- If you haven’t received an email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
- If you still can't find your confirmation, feel free to reach out with your full name and order number to info@175tv.co.uk.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping price and must be paid upon receipt of the package. 175TV is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise once the order has shipped.
RESHIPMENT DUE TO RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is returned to 175TV by the shipping provider due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or if the recipient is unavailable, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In cases where customers do not pay customs fees and the package is returned to 175TV, any reshipping charges will also be the responsibility of the customer. 175TV will contact the customer to arrange payment for these additional shipping fees before resending the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
175TV is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been fulfilled, shipped, and entered the shipping courier's network. If you have concerns regarding your package, please contact the shipping provider directly or email info@175tv.co.uk.
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. 175TV does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
- Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact 175TV within 14 days of receiving your order at info@175tv.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Upon review, 175TV will offer a replacement where applicable.
- Wear & Tear: 175TV is not responsible for any damage to items caused by wear and tear, including damage sustained while worn in mosh pits or other activities.
- Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging when returning defective products.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your order.
