By using the 175TV website and purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

SHIPPING RATES


175TV offers worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the region and are charged at a flat rate.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING


- Please allow around 2-5 business days for 175TV to process and ship orders.  
- For made-to-order items, allow 5-15 business days for production before shipping.  
- Once your order has shipped, 175TV will send you tracking information via email.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES


Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping price and must be paid upon receipt of the package. 175TV is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise once the order has shipped.

RESHIPMENT DUE TO RETURNED PACKAGES


If an order is returned to 175TV by the shipping provider due to incomplete or incorrect delivery details, or if the recipient is unavailable, any reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.  


In cases where customers do not pay customs fees and the package is returned to 175TV, any reshipping charges will also be the responsibility of the customer. 175TV will contact the customer to arrange payment for these additional shipping fees before resending the order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


175TV is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been fulfilled, shipped, and entered the shipping courier's network. If you have concerns regarding your package, please contact the shipping provider directly or email info@175tv.co.uk.

RETURNS POLICY


All sales are final. 175TV does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.  


- Wrong or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact 175TV within 14 days of receiving your order at info@175tv.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. Upon review, 175TV will offer a replacement where applicable.
- Wear & Tear: 175TV is not responsible for any damage to items caused by wear and tear, including damage sustained while worn in mosh pits or other activities.  
- Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging when returning defective products.

CANCELLATIONS


Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your order.
